An opportunity has arisen for a part-time telemarketer/lead generator to join us at Syscom - a Microsoft Partner based in Kingswinford, West Midlands.
At Syscom, we are revolutionising digital transformation for medium and small corporate enterprises across the UK, specialising in Dynamics 365 and collaborative applications, supporting businesses in the manufacturing, supply chain, and apparel industries.
As a Telemarketer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for Dynamics 365.
This is a flexible, part-time role (2 days per week) which can be split across the week to suit. It is a hybrid role - some home working, but must be able to travel to the office in Kingswinford regularly.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct up to 40 daily outbound calls
* Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers
* Secure 4 qualified sales appointments per month for the sales team
* Research new leads daily using company websites, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Assist in cleaning data, by updating the CRM system with accurate, comprehensive data
* Execute daily follow-up emails to nurture leads through the sales funnel
* Build and maintain a pipeline of 100–140 active prospects monthly, ensuring consistent opportunities for the sales team.
We’re looking for a Telemarketer with:
* Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B sales roles, ideally in the tech or digital transformation space.
* Good telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
* Drive, enthusiasm & ability to fit into a small sales & marketing team
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, or similar, preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and ERP software in general would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of, or experience with, our key industries (manufacturing, distribution, apparel) would be useful.
