Join our clients dynamic team as a Data Analyst, where you will drive the organisation’s reporting and analysis to support business stakeholders. This role is crucial in providing timely, actionable reporting and insights that influence business objectives and strategy. You will work closely with both Member and Non-Member marketing teams, guiding experimentation through structured testing and reporting, and playing a key role in developing the organisation’s data strategy. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the reporting, insight, and analytics for the organisation, focusing on member acquisition, engagement, and optimising lifetime member value. Monitor key membership data metrics, identifying significant patterns and trends, especially around acquisition, engagement, and retention. Advocate for evidence-based experimentation, providing proactive guidance on potential areas for experimentation aligned with business objectives. Support the development of campaign and overall performance reporting, offering actionable insight and data-driven models across the member lifecycle. Produce data visualizations to support and communicate important learnings. Incorporate qualitative findings into quantitative reporting where possible. Develop the data sources within the organisation, ensuring the quality and robustness of data used. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft D365, Fabric, and Power BI. Experience with statistical and Artificial Intelligence tools within the data analytics space. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights from complex data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Experience in data visualization and reporting.
