Please see attached Job Description for full role information and the full list of responsibilities. Some of the key duties include: To greet patients, visitors and staff to the ward. Provide excellent customer care service. To deal with patient, relatives, and MDTs telephone enquiries effectively and in a courteous manner, conveying any messages clearly, promptly, and accurately. Answer telephone calls in professional manner. Provide general information over the telephoneas per role limitation. Clinical concern must be referred to the nurse in charge. Keep staff informed of admissions and discharges and ensure queries from other members of staff and members of the public are dealt with appropriately, either in personor by telephone. Maintain accurate admission, transfer and discharge information on EPIC system. Assist to improve patient experience questionnaire compliance. File reports, scan correspondence, forms, etc. in patients electronic notes in an ordered manner when required. Upload relevant documents on EPIC media as instructed by registered staff. Arrange transport/transfer for patient between departments and to destinations outsidethe hospital, as required. Follow up with booking references.
