Support Workers required for a supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities. We are recruiting for experienced Support Workers for their supported living services in Canvey Island, Hadleigh (Benfleet) and Shoeburyness areas. These are permanent full time roles working 40 hours per week. £25,168.00 p/a plus sleep ins at £40.00 per night - earnings up to £29,483 per annum. Salary being reviewed in April 2025. Will include day, weekend and sleep in working. Sleep in shifts are paid in addition to basic salary. Shift patterns are; Monday – Sunday Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00 Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00 Sleep In: 23:00 – 07:00 Our client provides housing and support services based on the fundamental belief that adults with a learning disability, autism or other mental impairment have a right to lead their own life, to determine where, how and with whom they live, and who provides them with support.
