We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to deliver KS3 and KS4 GCSE English on a full-time basis, starting from September 2025. Day-to-day of the role: Teach English to KS3 and KS4 students, preparing them for GCSE examinations. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with special educational needs, including ASD and ADHD. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to believe in themselves and excel both academically and personally. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs. Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in school activities and events. Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in a special education setting. Strong understanding of the needs of students with ASD, ADHD, and other special educational needs.
