Jones Whyte is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Support Apprentice to join our Conveyancing Support team. This apprenticeship role is crucial in ensuring compliance with all aspects of the post-completion process related to residential conveyancing. Responsibilities : Assisting with all elements of the post-completion process Marking of all acknowledgment of applications and title sheets within case management system Sending all title sheets to clients and lenders when received Working daily to do list of post settlement actions Liaising with other solicitors in relation to title sheets to be sent and to be received Filing all principal deeds in date order for month settled Liaising with third parties such as property factors to settle outstanding accounts Closing files and ensuring documents are stored / send to the relevant stakeholders Providing timely and proactive updates to stakeholders including mortgage lenders Managing milestones on online portals and internal portals Required skills: Excellent attention to detail Motivation to deliver on time results Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively Problem solving Salary: £15,660 per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Benefits: 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Holiday loyalty scheme: earn an additional 5 days holiday Buy and sell up to 3 holiday days each year Company pension scheme Company bonus scheme Industry-leading maternity & paternity policies Company referral scheme Wellbeing support Annual company day out Birthday day early finish Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
