The role:
As the Client Care Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact and be responsible for providing the clients with ongoing support and handling any queries in a professional manner. We are looking for someone who will have a kind and compassionate approach to the clients and be a fantastic communicator in the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Being the first point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, issues and concerns and liaising with their financial advisor
2. Communicating with customers on financial matters within the contact centre environment
3. Answering the phone and forwarding calls to the relevant people as well as making calls to customers and clients
4. Working in a regulated environment where you will be supported to ensure you are following regulations
5. Handling sensitive situations and vulnerable customers appropriately
6. Demonstrate resilience and handle challenging conversations
