We are seeking an interim operations manager to provide backfill support across the Real Estate Operations team to enable the delivery of a key deadline driven project. This role sits within the Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Team, which manages the accounting and operations of real estate and infrastructure funds domiciled in the UK, Jersey and Luxembourg. These funds collectively hold a gross asset value of £8 billion, with a primary focus on UK property investments. How you'll spend your time Relationships Serve as a key point of contact within Operations and with internal/external stakeholders as relevant. Operations Provide support across the Real Estate Operations teams as required Provide support for ad hoc initiatives, as required Project Support Provide support for real estate and infrastructure projects and product launches. To be successful in this role you will have Strong analytical skills with thorough attention to detail. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external teams. Prior experience in Management of a small team.
