Job Description
* Manage and maintain HR systems and databases
* Assist in recruitment, training, and development processes
* Coordinate HR projects and meetings
* Compile and update employee records
* Handle HR-related inquiries or requests
* Maintain schedule and coordinate staffing
* Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim People Coordinator should have:
* Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
* Strong ability in using MS Office, HR software, and systems
* Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality
* Strong organisational and time management skills
