Collaborate with Finance & Business Planning for effective commercial plans and provide accurate sales reporting to the Markets Leadership Team. Enhance Collaboration & Insights: Partner with senior leadership and client-facing teams to share best practices and insights. Use data analytics to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, recommending improvement strategies. Lead & Innovate: Guide the Sales and Marketing team to achieve objectives, fostering collaboration across leadership. Implement sales process improvements and automation tools to maximize efficiency. Global Contribution & Risk Management: Participate in global initiatives, sharing UK market insights. Ensure risk mitigation and smooth operations through proactive management.
