Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information on services.
2. Manage appointments, ensuring that they are scheduled effectively and efficiently.
3. Communicate with customers to provide a tailored and supportive service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.
5. Liaise with linguists to ensure that appointments are booked according to their availability.
Requirements:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be empathetic and patient.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Wage:
The starting wage is £22,550 annually.
