Project Manager – Defence Infrastructure
Locations Available: Devon, Hampshire, Scotland (Flexible, Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role:
Our client is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and manage infrastructure projects within the defence sector. This role is client-facing and involves significant interaction with key stakeholders across various organisations. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from the bid phase through to close out, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the customer relationship and associated project management activities.
Identify and monitor project risks (threats and opportunities) and implement responses.
Establish and maintain governance arrangements for project delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
Lead the project team to deliver world-class performance through employee engagement and continuous improvement.
Implement the latest technology and lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality within the project.
Travel as required to meet project needs and client requirements.
Essential Experience:
Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment/sector.
Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
Awareness of various contracting methodologies, including NEC3.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent).
APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) (previously APMP) or working towards it.
