We are currently looking to recruit a team of Bank waking night support workers for our children's home in the Peak District. Are you looking for a change of scenery or a new challenge, working in a really positive environment, for a flexible employer?

The Role
Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children and young people in our care.
Working in a team that offers a consistent high level of service, that is in line with our philosophy of care and underpinned by a child-centred therapeutic approach.
To support the homes management team to ensure that a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment is evidenced, delivered and developed in accordance with the organisations’ core values.
The Requirements
1. Complete 24/48 hour shifts with sleep-in duties
2. Understanding of working to policy/procedure and following instruction
3. Able to deal with confrontation and some challenging behaviour
4. Good communication and relationship building skills
5. Full driving licence is required due to the location of the home

Qualifications
* Strong communication skills
