Financial Services Administrator - Barrow - Full Time Do you have excellent attention to detail? Do you love helping clients? Are you looking for a new role with a friendly team, where you can make a real difference to client’s lives? We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working candidate to join our Financial Services team and help our clients to achieve their financial dreams. This is an essential role in the team – making sure that all the administration elements go as smooth as possible. You will also be the first port of call for any client queries, so it important that you are comfortable and confident in talking to clients, getting to know them, and keeping them up to date. On a day-to-day basis you could be prepping client packs, producing review reports, and arranging client meetings. You will work closely with our Financial Advisers to make sure our clients get the best support and outcomes possible. About you: As you may have already guessed, our clients are very important to us – we expect you will have the same client focus. You love being organised and a full workload and multiple priorities are no match for you You should be confident in using all the Microsoft Office suite and have pretty good IT skills so you can keep our systems up to date and get the most out of them. You like working in a team; supporting each other, working together and being flexible helps us to all be successful.
