Your Role: Account Manager (Success Team)
As an Account Manager in our Success Team, you’ll be at the forefront of helping retailers maximize the potential of Citrus-Lime’s innovative products and services. Your role will seamlessly blend guiding customers, consultative sales, and developing relationships, making a tangible difference to the businesses you support.

Base Location: Choose between our Ulverston HQ or Manchester office, with occasional travel as required. There are options for flexible working, but we believe our teams work best when they are regularly together.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your success.

Your Responsibilities
* Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with retailers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
* Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients, presenting solutions that add measurable value to their businesses.
* Provide expert consultation on Citrus-Lime’s products, services, and best practices.
* Solve challenges collaboratively, coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
* Stay curious and informed, continuously seeking new ways to help clients succeed while hitting your own targets.

* Proven success in maintaining and growing client relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a knack for identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
* Consultative sales expertise – you listen, understand, and offer tailored solutions.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
* Quick to adapt to new tools, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics/Ads, and Citrus-Lime Cloud POS.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience working with or within cycle, outdoor, or equestrian retail industries.
* A personal passion for cycling, horse riding, outdoor pursuits or similar activities.
