Job Summary
Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a commercially focused Brand Manager for our autocare brand, Protyre. A business partner to the retail business you will be responsible for being the conduit between operations and marketing, building the Protyre brand within the autocare sector: online, offline and via physical autocare centres, representing the Protyre customer at all times.
1. Hybrid Split : 1-3 days in the office/field, 2 days working from home.

About the role:
3. Develop the Marketing Plan that sets out how we will communicate with target audiences to build brand awareness, influence brand perception, and create brand advocacy
4. Develop both national campaigns and more localised centre-specific activity, whilst also being the brand guardian to ensure consistency in execution at all times.
5. The role starts by analysing industry and competitor activity to influence their plans; and ends by reporting on marketing performance vs pre-agreed KPIs including customer satisfaction, brand measures, campaign metrics and return on investment versus budget.

6. A strong marketer with excellent brand experience, who has responsibility across a number of marketing channels.

Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees company wide.
To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
