About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Super Friendz LTD.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior leadership in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Administration and Coordination: Oversee the logging and reporting of team office hours, liaise with company accounts to raise invoices, make payments, expenses, and payroll, and arrange meetings and use Google Calendar.
* Support and Liaison: Liaise with printers to order marketing collateral, liaise with team members to arrange marketing collateral distribution, and oversee the booking and checking out of office technical equipment.
* Office Management: Organize workflow and storage tools, arrange team meetings and training sessions, and keep office IT and technical systems and requirements up to date.
* Communication and Content: Collate copy and images for pitch decks and presentations, update company website and LinkedIn pages, and conduct office and company risk assessments and health & safety.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong background in administration or HR, with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
* Essential Skills: 1+ year of working in an office environment, 1+ year in an administrative or HR-related role, knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel), Google Calendar, and project management tools, and experience of Xero preferred.
* Desirable Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, Wi-Fi, printers, etc., strong organizational skills working to deadlines, strong time management skills, able to work both independently and within a team, and ideal experience of working within the hospitality, cultural, and corporate sectors.
