This role is part of a dynamic team who are focused on developing and continually improving legal technology a thriving firm. The firm is going through a significant technology transformation and this role will be involved in delivering these solutions throughout and into the future. The main responsibilities of the role will be: Case management workflow development within our legal software. Gathering business requirements from key stakeholders and translating them into technical requirements. Maintaining individual workload via development trackers. Challenging proposed recommendations and decisions at all levels using a logic based approach. Work with vendors/consultants as needed and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm. Keeping skills up to date and take responsibility for self-development. Working with existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvements. Maintaining appropriate documentation. Generate acceptance criteria and facilitate User Acceptance Testing. End user support for Case Management System in person, by email and telephone. Essential skills At least one year of case management development within the legal/professional services industry. An excellent communicator, presenter, negotiator and team player. Present and talk confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from the board to external suppliers. Ability to understand complex requirements, analyse using an objective mind and logical thinking to produce robust/understandable requirements. An intrinsic self-motivator with a keen ability to prioritise and manage workloads for self. Basic Microsoft SQL database querying skills. Desirable skills and experience Knowledgeable and experienced with .NET, Dell Boomi and JavaScript. Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse. Experienced with complex projects, IT and otherwise.
