Position : Digital Campaign Officer Location: Milton Keynes/Remote – minimum of 2 days per month in the office Hours: Full-time - 36.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Salary: Circa. £36,576 per annum, depending on experience Closing date: 21 st March, 2025 About the role: As our Digital Campaigns Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our digital acquisition team, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy across our digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to take your creative and strategic content skills to the next level while making a meaningful impact on children's lives. You’ll develop and implement digital campaigns that resonate with UK audiences and drive user engagement, from initial awareness to conversion. Working collaboratively with various teams, you’ll refine content and explore new ways to connect with potential donors, turning them into sponsors and supporters. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing digital campaigns aligned with our mission and brand goals, ensuring content is tailored to each digital channel (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) and target audience. Leading brainstorming sessions to create highly creative content concepts, refining ideas, and writing compelling copy for digital channels. Optimising user experiences across digital platforms to maximise campaign impact and conversion. Supporting lead generation efforts and upper funnel engagement through strategic content designed to inspire action. Developing a content testing plan with a test-and-learn mindset, reporting insights back to the team and across the partnership to improve future campaigns. Analysing campaign performance, tracking financial acquisition targets, and advocating for data-driven decisions. Staying on top of digital trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas into campaigns and continuously enhance engagement strategies. This role will be key to driving the success of our fundraising initiatives, supporting lead generation tactics, and meeting strict financial acquisition targets, all while ensuring that our digital content connects meaningfully with our supporters. About you: A creative and strategic thinker, you excel in digital content creation and optimisation. With strong communication and project management skills, you thrive in collaborative environments, crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives campaign success. Required: Proven experience developing digital content strategies for acquisition, converting potential donors into supporters. Deep understanding of content-driven conversion, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), paid media, and email marketing. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for multi-channel digital content. Experience optimising user experiences to enhance engagement and conversion. Confidence in leading cross-team brainstorming and delivering creative campaign assets. Ability to report on content success, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and international offices. Experience in creating storyboards and content plans for cohesive campaigns. Desired: Proficiency in photo or video editing tools. Experience with Google Analytics or similar performance-tracking tools. Familiarity with additional digital platforms (e.g., Clubhouse, Pinterest). Background in digital fundraising campaigns. Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
