Site Manager – Wexham, Buckinghamshire Start Date: Monday, 31st March 2025 Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 Location: Wexham, Buckinghamshire The Role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of 7 on 7 UK123s with stairpods and external staircases via crane. Groundworks will be carrying out foundation pad installations alongside other building services on-site. The Site Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project efficiency. Experience with Portakabin projects is preferred. Requirements SMSTS – In-date and valid CSCS Card – In-date and valid First Aid Certificate – In-date and valid HNC (Level 4 minimum) in Construction or related field Enhanced DBS & Basic DBS – Required Full UK Driving Licence – Essential Key Responsibilities Managing all on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule Overseeing subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality control and compliance Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations Coordinating deliveries, logistics, and crane lifts for external staircase installations Providing regular progress reports and liaising with the client and project stakeholders Competitive day rate – negotiable based on experience.
