The Stable School is an independent special school for children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The school is part of Melrose Education Limited.
To support our growing needs, we are looking for an outstanding education practitioner with relevant SEND experience. You must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, clear communication skills, and focus on the needs of all our learners. Excellent operational and strategic management skills are essential, and you must be able to inspire and motivate our learners in sometimes challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
* Ideally, the successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, and hold QTS or PGCE (with QTS) or NPQSL.
