About the Role:
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00 with flexibility on start and finish times.
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
* Build and drive the site HR people plan to support our overall business plan and develop our employee relations agenda
* Cary out the proactive development of line management capability through formal training, coaching and guidance on all HR related activities
* Furfill harmonious employee relations with the site teams and respective trade union representatives to ensure optimum working efficiency within the operation
