Main duties of the job
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, but at times, travel across the Merseyside region will be required. Therefore, applicants must hold a Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
You must also be committed to supporting the out-of-hours on-call service, which is covered on a 1 in 4 rota basis across the team.
We're offering a competitive salary between £29,460 - £34,460 pa, which includes payment for on-call. There is also the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £2,000 pa.
Job responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of care packages.
* Effectively manage rotas for care teams.
* Respond efficiently to day-to-day changes.
* Act as the first point of contact for service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
