This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Secretary to join the Commercial Property team this growing law firm based in Huddersfield. Working as part of a friendly and professional team you will be responsible for providing secretarial assistance to Fee Earners. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Legal Secretary, who has worked in either residential or commercial property. Your responsibilities will include: Corresponding with third parties and clients. Requesting Searches, AML (Anti Money Laundering) Checks and submitting Land Registry Digital dictation (Bighand). Using a case management system. Prepare searched and Land Registry applications. Document management and creation. Handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests. Dealing with incoming emails and post and replying to correspondence as appropriate. Person specification: Excellent interpersonal skills Keyboard skills essential Assimilation information from files and clients Extremely organised Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
