This position will focus on driving customer retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and supporting the overall business strategy.Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage loyalty initiatives, including the company's loyalty program and other customer retention strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent program execution across all channels.
* Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise the loyalty program.
* Develop and manage the loyalty program budget and track performance against key metrics.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty.
Qualifications and must-haves:
* Proven experience in loyalty management.
* CRM experience is essential.
* Loyalty strategy and facilitating loyal programmes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
