Clarity is recruiting for Pharmacist for a thriving pharmacy based in Waterlooville, Portsmouth.
The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way they do things. If you enjoy getting to know your customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services, this may be the right role for you.
What you need to know:
This is a permanent Full time role. There is no late nights expected past 6pm, with no weekend commitments expected. Some Rota Flexibility available. You will be support by a team of pharmacists, ACT's, Dispensing Robot and a non Pharmacist manager as well as receiving a guaranteed break daily while the pharmacy closes for lunch.

What you'll be doing:
* Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals.
* Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and to evaluate their suitability for the patient.
* Provide advice to patients on the use of medicines, including dosage, side effects, and interactions with other medications.
* Counsel patients on the management of chronic diseases.
* Conduct medication reviews to ensure that patients are taking their medications as prescribed.
* Order and stock medications and medical supplies.

* Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
* Good time management & Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What we require:
* Registration with the GPhC
* Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
