Optimise digital marketing strategies based on performance metrics. Manage and optimise the customer journey, collaborating with sales and customer service teams. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. Create lead generation strategies, including eBooks, webinars, landing pages, and case studies. Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to implement regional digital campaigns. Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Oversee the global website strategy, ensuring optimal user experience and localised content. Collaborate with the Global Marketing Communications Manager and Product Managers to create high-quality content. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly CRM management and lead generation in a B2B or industrial environment. Experience in PPC, paid ads, and media. Strong knowledge of SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid media campaigns. Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Experience developing lead scoring models and optimising lead qualification processes. Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing strategies based on trends. Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns. Excellent communication skills for crafting persuasive messaging.
