This is a self-governing role where you will be the go-to person for the Manchester site for all ER HR support requirements. The Opportunity
Reporting to our HR Manager, you will work as the HR point of contact for the Manchester site, whilst being part of a wider HR team on a regional and global scale.
In this role, you will be mainly involved with employee relations cases and have a wide breadth of responsibilities as you will be the sole HR point of contact for the site. You will also assist the HR Manager with transactional HR tasks and partner with the management team.
Experience Requirements:
1. Experience with employee relation matters like grievances and absence.
2. Proven evidence of general corporate HR experience.
3. Had CIPD L5 or equivalent experience.
