Location: Dumfries & Galloway (Stranraer area covering postcodes DG8 and DG9)
Salary range: £27,185 – £32,743 FTE with annual incremental progression. Starting salary will be based on skills and experience. Additional payments for on call (£150 per week) + call outs paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
Hours: 34 hour week, worked over 4 days between 8am and 5pm with a rota that provides long weekend downtime every 5 weeks.

The Role
You’ll be joining a team of skilled operatives working both independently and as part of a team to deliver a variety of joinery and multi-trade tasks. This will include internal and external repairs and maintenance, kitchen and bathroom replacements, fault finding and diagnosis and multi-skilled duties including basic plumbing and plastering repairs.
This position is based in the West team covering DG8 and DG9 areas, though you may be required to cover other areas throughout the region from time to time.
You’ll need to hold a full, valid, driving licence. Loreburn will provide you with a fully stocked Loreburn van, tools, PPE and mobile technology to support you in your role.
