Your new roleWorking as part of the Senior Leadership team as an Executive Assistant/Insurance Coordinator, your role would be pivotal in providing high level executive assistance to a busy and experienced CEO.Responsibilities would include:
1. Responsible for all insurance matters including claims management, changes of insurance cover, collating renewal information and managing external insurance on-line data.
2. Assisting the head of procurement including preparation of tenders, preparing and publishing contract notices and management of procurement exceptions, preparation of procurement KPI's and associated data.
3. Managing the new supplier process and maintaining contract register to assist with procurement planning.
4. Provide high level support to three Executive Leaders including coordinating meetings, arranging travel and the management of diaries.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for office including sensitive and confidential enquiries.
