Job Summary
A passionate IT Support Engineer with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join our team at Jobheron, a leading local IT support services company (Managed Service Provider) based in Motherwell on a full-time basis.
We are expanding due to continuous growth and success. This role is based on-site at our modern office in central Lanarkshire, with some travel to client sites around Lanarkshire and Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional client support, ensuring timely resolutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and hardware/software incidents
* Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures
* Install, maintain, and support new hardware and applications
* Manage and prioritise multiple open cases and mini-projects
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT and security compliance
* Administer backups, system monitoring, and performance checks
Required Experience
* At least 3 years of experience in an MSP or IT support environment
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
* Proficient in Windows desktop and server installation/administration
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration and Support, including M365 SharePoint and M365 Exchange
* Networking knowledge: routers, managed switches, access points
* A logical problem solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
* Experience using a helpdesk system to manage incidents
