You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and inreturn, you will receive a competitive salary of £15,821 or £16,458 Annual Salary (Pay Award Pending) (salary based on enhanced annual leave). About the Later Living Coordinator role: You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our Customers in Caldercruix, ensuring that they and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Housing Care Worker, we will offer you: £15,821 or £16,458 Annual Salary (salary based on enhanced annual leave) (Pay Award Pending) Working 25 hours per week, worked Monday – Friday. 33 or 28 days annual leave per year Paid Disclosure Scotland check Access to paid training & continued personal development Later Living Coordinator Skills and Experience: You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our customers, promoting independent living and ensuring they enjoy a good quality of life. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have: Line management experience Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support others.
