Covering nearly 30 markets, our team services over a dozen languages. This Band 30 role as Team Leader in the Merchant Credit Back Office team will involve leading a multifunctional team who are responsible for processes around debit balance support, merchant insolvencies, and write off prevention covering 10 EMEA markets while partnering with GMNS Risk team and GMNS business leaders. In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for coaching the team’s performance to deliver improvements in all key metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Ongoing coaching and performance management of up to 13 Merchant Credit Analysts to drive business results and enable employee development. • Leading one B30 Business Analyst with a focus on Write off Prevention, process enhancement and chargeback investigation. • Day to day production effectiveness to include SLA Adherence, operational excellence, procedural consistency and team engagement. • Analyse metrics, prepare case studies, participate in monthly performance reviews with senior GMNS Leadership and provide business insights. • Drive process improvements and simplification efforts within organization. Minimum Skills • Strong people leadership skills. • A proven history in employee coaching, engagement, development, motivation & change management. • Proven ability to consistently coach and deliver results within a constantly evolving team. • Strong understanding of GMNS and merchant business. • Ability to provide strong thought leadership – creative thinking & problem solving. • Enhanced and demonstrated relationship and influencing skills. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in Merchant Credit Knowledge of Merchant related systems such as CSP, Globestar, CAS and others.
