Centralised Recruitment: Corporate Finance Opportunity
We have adopted a centralised hiring process for administration roles in bands 2-3 and 4-5. This means you apply once and are considered for multiple positions within our organisation, saving time for both candidates and managers while accessing a broader talent pool.
This week are currently recruiting for the following Bands 4 and 5 role across the organisation:
• Management Accountant - Corporate - 37.5 hours per week
The role of Management Accountant - Corporate will see you take a lead in producing, checking and distributing financial management reports and ad hoc reporting to budget holders to agreed reporting timescales. The successful candidate will ensure expenditure is accurately recorded within the general ledger which requires transaction analysis and liaison with financial services, payroll and HR colleagues to investigate payments made to staff and suppliers.

Example duties and responsibilities:
• Respond to email queries from stakeholders in a timely manner
• The post holder will promote and maintain professional and effective liaison within the Finance Directorate and across the organisation to ensure the success of the Trust.
• The role requires extensive liaison with staff at all levels across the Trust and regular liaison with budget holders through various means of communication including email, telephone, teams video and face to face meetings, to provide expert financial advice
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• The post holder plans and manages their work to deliver agreed objectives to deadlines
• The post holder will ensure that monthly reporting deadlines are met in line with internal timetables.
