You dont want to miss it Im working with an Environmental Consultancy that uses innovative data insights to help B2Bs improve their waste management processes and become more sustainable as a business. They work every day towards a waste free world, and theyre looking for a supplier engagement advisor to come into the business and assist in producing quality data submissions that make customers aware of their recycling activity and help them understand ways to become eco-friendlier and more compliant with environmental law. - They have social value at the heart of their business ethos. - The data team is filled with graduates from different backgrounds and stories, so diversity is everything to them. - They are big advocates for volunteering and charity events. - They love upskilling and giving young talent the progression opportunities they deserve Here's some of the things youll be getting up to: - liaise with suppliers, assisting them with their data submissions relating to clients obligations under the Packaging, WEEE and Batteries regulations. - Work alongside Data Administrators, Account Managers and Data Team Managers to effectively communicate requirements for obligations calculations for a range of accounts. - Become the main POC with suppliers of Data Insights customers to collect information by email, telephone, and live chat, as well as demonstrations and visit client sites to undertake weighing exercises. - Interact with other departments within the company, as well as external organisations. - Data cleansing and maintenance using in house CRM and Microsoft Excel. - To provide support to the Account Managers in the calculation of the packaging, WEEE and Batteries waste submissions. The role is forward facing, so youd need to be able to carry yourself well and bring a high level of professionalism to the workplace. Youll be the taskmaster of the data team, so being able to juggle customer service and data skills is key for this position. Ideally, youll have worked previously in an operational role, where youve pivoted between departments as a fundamental part of the companys operating system. Youll have the opportunity to travel on site to different clients, as well as coming into the office a couple of times a week. So having (or working towards) a drivers license is important. The role is paying up to around the £24K mark, but they also have a 10% annual bonus included as part of the package, which is pretty great.
