Carbon60 are currently looking for Stores Administrator to work for a client of ours based in Chester. This is a 1 month contract.
Pay/Salary: £25,000 - £25,500/annum, £12.02-£12.26/hour
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, 30 min lunch, overtime opportunities available, 1.5x Mon-Sat, 2 x Sunday
Main duties & responsibilities:
Utilise competent administration abilities to assist operations on-site
Raising and processing orders on the in-house digital systems
Expediting orders - chasing suppliers via phone and email
Customer-facing interactions with on-site customer
Answering emails and telephone enquiries
Stock checking
Collecting stock from one department and delivering to others on-site, possibly in company vehicle *
Always adhering to H&S Policies and Procedures Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
Competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
Able to meet the physical demands of the role and willing to complete manual handling tasks as required
* Active full clean UK driving license beneficial but not essential.About our client:
