Job summary East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a general paediatrician to join our team. This is an exciting time to join our department, as part of an integrated trust which also delivers community paediatrics and health visiting, creating exciting opportunities to develop new models of care. We are also piloting integration with primary care, and successful applicants will be encouraged to develop this work. There are also opportunities to work with the Emergency Department. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will contribute to a 1:10 hot week/on-call rota and be expected to develop or maintain a special interest complementary to our department's needs. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who can provide clinical leadership, driving forward initiatives and improvements within the department. We welcome full-time or part-time applications and are committed to flexible working, with some sessions being delivered remotely.
