Opus have partnered with a large consultancy based in London who have undergone a huge ServiceNow ITSM & CSM implementation & are now embarking on their new journey being a registered ServiceNow Partner.
they are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with hands on ITSM & CSM implementation experience to drive the technical capabilities & excellence of the practice whilst liaising with stakeholders to understand pain points & implementation solutions.
You will be responsible for the architecture roadmap, designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap, overseeing daily operational delivery to align with business objectives.
* Manage the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and others.
* Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
* Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Establish and enforce governance standards for the use of the ServiceNow platform.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of the ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation processes.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
* Liaise with support staff from key vendors to drive the design and implementation of ServiceNow components and integrations.
* Work with external business partners and customers to ensure the ServiceNow architecture meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
Required Skills/Experience:
* A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, and capabilities
* Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SAM/HAM)
* Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and ServiceNow Studio
* Experience in planning and managing ServiceNow implementation projects
* Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* ServiceNow Certified specialist minimum CSA & CAD
