THE IDEAL Teaching Assistant:
* Delivering lessons and engaging students in the learning process.
* Prepare learning materials and resources for classroom activities.
* Help enforce classroom rules and expectations, promoting positive behaviour among students.
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a respectful and focused learning environment.
* Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to discuss pupil progress and any concerns.
JOB DETAILS:
* Type of work – Small group and 1:1 session.
* Contract or position start date – Fixed term, January.
* Full time.
* Pay: £12.82 per hour.
