A day in the life of…
As a Night Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift. Your role is both hands-on and proactive, ensuring that all guests experience exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling overnight operations, managing guest relations, ensuring safety and security, and addressing any issues that arise. Collaboration with other departments is essential to maintain high standards and deliver quality results.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess experience as a Night Manager or Supervisor and has knowledge of training others and taking responsibility over the shift and hotel during the night. The person has to be an example of the values and principles of the brand and also lead by example.
