Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part Sales Advisor to join our growing team. If you have experience in Motor Factor Sales and a passion for all things parts, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and at the sales counter, focusing on parts.
*
Accurately identify and fulfill customers’ product and parts requirements.
*
Effectively communicate promotions and offers related to parts.
*
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries of parts.
*
Maintain and uphold the company's high standards in the world of parts sales.
Working Hours:
*
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.5-hour days) with alternate Saturdays.
*
Hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, including a 30-minute meal break.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in Motor Factor Sales, ideally with a focus on parts.
*
Strong computer literacy and basic IT skills.
*
Familiarity with MAM software (or similar) and OE cataloguing sites.
*
Exceptional communication skills, especially under pressure.
*
A professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
*
Right to work in the UK.
