What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate proactively with other contract teams to ensure seamless project execution. Manage on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with design documentation, customer standards, and the Specification of Highways Works. Oversee recruitment, management, and development of on-site staff. Ensure all schemes in the planned works programme meet required standards. Lead the completion of temporary works, adhering to safety and quality standards. Who We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should have: A Full UK Driving Licence. SMSTS certification. NVQ Level 3 or Level 6. NRSWA Supervisor qualification. CSCS Supervisors or Manager card. Completion of the Temporary Works Coordinator Course. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
