The successful candidate will work within a dedicated and experienced clinical and nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients experiencing acute mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and care pathways. Support the local implementation of nursing strategies. Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for service users. Essential Criteria: Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience. Relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care. Ability to work flexibly and use a person-centred approach.
