We have an exciting opportunity to join our FrontOffice Team at The Fife Arms as Front Office Host !
Weare looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level experience and apassion for excellent hospitality and a desire to develop your skills whilstunder the mentorship of our Front Office Manager and the team.
As Front Office Host, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing an exceptional guest experience fromcheck-in to check out
2. Positively approaching sales opportunities in orderto maximise revenue
3. Making informed recommendations based on in-depthknowledge of the rooms and services of the hotel and using upselling techniquesat every appropriate opportunity
4. Supporting a safe working environment by adhering toHealth & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and Evacuation procedures and LicensingLaws
5. Taking ownership of your personal development enhancingyour ability to build knowledge and make informed recommendations
6. Ensuring a presence on the front deskthroughout the day
7. Ensuring guests requests are delivered withefficiency and effectivity
8. Ensuring that public areas are maintainedclean, neat, and tidy
9. Working cohesively with the management team toachieve out shared goals
10. Engaging with the Reception, Reservations, andthe Housekeeping team

Expectation
Oursuccessful Front Office Host will have:
11. Proven experience from within a similar hospitalityenvironment
12. Experience with Opera and Simphony
13. The enthusiasm and willingness to learn
14. A thorough understanding of Health & Safety andCOSHH
15. Initiative, emotionalintelligence and strong communication and organisation skills
16. The ability to work underpressure
17. A passion and ambition todeliver exceptional experiences
