Visiting our customers in their homes across Northwich and surrounding areas, you’ll be providing technical solutions to their problems, fixing their appliances and providing a great customer experience. We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated, well organised and have great technical and customer service skills. Experience can be from a variety of industries including White Goods, Gas, Electricity, Telecommunications and Building Maintenance or from a similar role where technical fault finding plays a key part. Regardless of your background, our City and Guilds assured in-house training and support has been designed to get you ready for success. You’ll need a full, valid driving licence and the ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces, regularly engaging hand dexterity. Colour vision is also important to be able to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires; offers of employment are subject to testing to ensure that candidates are able to comply with the basic health and safety requirements of the role.
