The Role: Manage and nurture a small client portfolio. Ensure comprehensive completion of assignments before review by Partners. Plan assignments to align with budgets and fee recovery, communicating effectively with the team. Allocate tasks to team members, conducting regular reviews to uphold compliance standards. Engage with clients, providing updates and working closely with the senior audit team. Submit timesheets punctually. Continuously apply and share up-to-date technical knowledge. Report to and support Managers and Partners. Delegate, coach, and assist in team management. Keep in regular contact with clients, offering progress updates. Essential Skills and Experience: Organised and timely, with strong client engagement skills. Proficient in IT, including Excel, CCH Accounts Production, CCH Audit Automation, Outlook, and CCH Practice Management. Committed to ongoing professional development in line with Institute and company standards. Upholds high professional conduct and applies knowledge of the industry to identify additional client services.
