Job Purpose:
* To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows/To carry out minor adjustments where necessary whilst attending site.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers.
* Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards.
* Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows.
* High standard of communication internally and externally.
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
* Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors.
* Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation.
* Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management.
* Knowledge of installation of windows and doors.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
* CSCS Card.
* First aid at work.
* SMSTS (preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem solving and analytical thinking.
