The Head of Tax requires a Senior Manager/ Director level consultant with an international advisory background who can start immediately to get their arms around some significant transactions for the group.
Broader responsibilities could include:
* M&A
* Supporting other business-led initiatives
* External and internal financing
* Legal entity rationalisation
* Tax authority audits and enquiries
* Pillar 2
* CFCs
* Managing permanent establishment issues and flexible working policy matters
* Cross-border payments, withholding tax, etc
* Supporting tax implications of external contracts with suppliers etc
* Working closely with our tax reporting, transfer pricing and indirect tax/duty teams
* Supporting half year and year end audits
* Supporting the Group Head of Tax on the development and maintenance of Group tax strategy
* Managing relevant adviser relationships, fees and budgets
* Working closely with colleagues in Finance, Treasury, Legal, and operational areas
They have central London offices, but take a very flexible approach to hybrid working.
