We farm 800ha in Rakaia where we grow potatoes for Talleys, grain, and forage crops for our dairy and beef unit. We require a Tractor Driver from mid-January until early May. Work will involve driving tractors, assisting with grain harvest, straw baling, and cultivations. Additionally, from mid-March onwards, the role will include helping with potato harvest, which involves towing a trailer alongside the potato harvester. Experience in tractor driving is definitely an advantage.
Options for Work
1. Start mid-January until mid-March: Help with grain harvest and straw.
2. Start mid-January until May: Help with grain and potatoes.
3. Start mid-March until May: Help with potatoes only.
