We're looking for a Highway Maintenance Supervisor to join the night time Southeast region (Area 3 & 4) team, based in Easton Lane Depot, Winchester.

Contract: Permanent - Full time (nights)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year
Responsibilities
As a Highway Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working through the night within the Southeast region (Area 3 & 4) contract for National Highways team, supporting them in the safe, effective and high quality delivery of the scheme.
Your day to day will include:
1. Safely delivering the project in line with SHE legislation and company policies e.g. 5 Basics, PUWER, LOLER, HAVS, 10 steps to safe digging, waste management etc.
2. Deliver and monitor daily briefings that are tailored, specific to the works being undertaken and most importantly make a difference.
3. Ensure works are carried out to the correct design and specification, snagging as appropriate, with all remedial work being completed prior to signing off.
4. Effective works planning to maximise outputs, recording variations, communicating and approval before any additional tasks are undertaken.
5. Providing communication between all key stakeholders, including the general public to help minimise the impact of the works and improve the customer experience.

3. You have NRSWA supervisor card
4. Experience in Highways Maintenance at a supervisory level
